One person runs this site, so the inbox is real and the replies are slow but genuine.
Worth writing about
- Something is broken, blank, or behaving strangely on your device or browser.
- An ad is sitting somewhere it interferes with actually using a toy.
- A fact in one of the explainer sections is wrong. These get corrected.
- You have an idea for a toy. No promises, but the list is not sacred.
- Business, sponsorship, or press enquiries.
Things I cannot help with
- Recovering a score or streak. Nothing is stored on a server, so there is nothing on my end to look up. See privacy for why.
- Deleting your data. I do not have any of it. Clearing your browser storage does it.
- Account problems, because there are no accounts.
If you are reporting something broken, the browser and device you were using is genuinely the most useful thing you can include.
